Service Description
A gentle movement practice where you’re encouraged to listen to, honor your body’s needs. Each time we come to our mats / chairs, we bring a different body based on recent activities, emotional state, pain level, and more. Participants are encouraged to modify postures to fit their needs. Yoga props such as blocks and straps can be used to make postures more accessible and safe. Breath-work and mindful awareness are also part of this trauma informed practice.
