Service Description
As a mindfulness coach, I intend to create a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore whatever they are 'growing through'. I commit to offering my full presence and to being a deeply attentive listener/witness. I introduce clients to the fundamentals of mindfulness, to practices that help them remain more calm and responsive to life vs reactive. At times, other approaches, yogic practices, may be helpful as well. Yoga philosophy recognizes the connection of the mind/body/spirit and surrounding environment. Yoga offers philosophies, breath-work, physical postures, and meditation; all which positively affect your mind, body and spirit. We can create practices that resonate for you, address what's on your mind and heart, as well as what's going on in your body. Schedule your first session today!
