As a well-being coach, I intend to create a non-judgmental, safe space for my clients to explore whatever they are 'growing through'. I am a support system, a deeply attentive listener, I am there to help my clients find the answers to their questions that already lie within them. Another approach to well-being coaching is through yogic practices. Yoga recognizes the connection of mind/body/spirit. Yoga offers myriad holistic life practices, from philosophies to breath-work to physical postures to meditation; all which affect your mind, body and spirit.
