Service Description

This practice is a gentle balanced yoga practice designed to create a greater sense of overall well-being. We energize, stretch, strengthen, and relax the body as well as develop mindful awareness. Mindfulness is a practice that helps us remain present in more and more moments, helps us identify our thoughts and belief systems that don't serve us, and make it easier to respond vs react to outer circumstances.
